What you share

Our forms collect your email address and any optional name, music preferences, or message you provide. Mailing-list signup requires an explicit opt-in. A private message does not enroll you in marketing.

How we use it

We use contact details to respond to messages and, when you opt in, send the Mythras Records music and YouTube updates you selected. We keep a record of your signup and consent wording/version. We do not sell your contact details or publish private messages.

Where it goes

Netlify hosts this website and stores form submissions with spam filtering. Authorized Mythras Records administrators can review submissions, receive email notifications, and export a private contact list. A mailing provider may be used to deliver opted-in updates; your contact details are not sent to Google Analytics by our form code.

Website analytics

Google Analytics measures page visits, song playback, listening duration, and clicks to YouTube. It may use cookies and device/browser information. These measurements help us understand which music people enjoy. We do not attach submitted names, email addresses, or message contents to those analytics events. Your browser’s privacy controls or content blockers may limit analytics.

Your choices

You can request to unsubscribe at any time, or use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email. To ask about or request deletion of information you submitted, use the private message form and choose “Privacy or data request.” We may ask for verification before acting on a request. We retain contact and consent information while needed for the relationship and keep a suppression record to respect opt-outs.

YouTube

YouTube links open a separate service with its own privacy practices. Liking, commenting, or subscribing happens on YouTube; visiting our website does not subscribe you there.
